JOB DETAIL
- System Management & Operation Support (Technical Support):
- Coordinate with the technical department to identify and diagnose system issues and propose solutions (code/logic).
- Participate in defining, reviewing, and clarifying requirements for upgrading features on the Foundation’s operational systems.
- Perform testing (UAT/PROD) and report bugs on the Nomination, Evaluation, and Backend portals.
- Monitor system upgrade progress with contractors.
- Webinar Process & Automated Communication Management:
- Manage guest lists and implement automated email workflows (invitations, confirmations, thank-you notes) on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) system.
- Set up Survey links and send calendar invites via Outlook for the Foundation’s events.
- Process and standardize data for potential partner/nominator lists (Leads).
- Scientific & Secretarial Support:
- Screen and classify Science and Technology nominations/proposals based on selected criteria.
- Perform other arising tasks as coordinated by direct management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or pending degree conferral) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or related Engineering/Science disciplines.
- Strong logical thinking; solid understanding of software system operations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Preferred: 1–3 years of work experience or a Master’s degree; foundational knowledge in AI and Data Science to support screening of advanced/specialized projects.
- Technology & Systems Skills
- Basic understanding of software systems.
- Proficient in Outlook and online survey tools.
- Preferred: Experience using Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work Skills
- Careful and detail-oriented; ensures data accuracy.
- Proactive at work; able to organize, categorize, and manage tasks in a structured manner.
- Strong ability to analyze information and synthesize reports.
- Language Requirements
- Preferred: IELTS 7.0 or above.
- Candidates with an IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, or those who can demonstrate the ability to read and understand technical/specialized documents and communicate effectively in English, may still be considered.
