Position: Collaborator of VinFuture Prize Ceremony Week 2025

Contract type and duration: Collaborator service contract for approximately 3 to 4 months.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
VinFuture Prize is a prestigious global science and technology award that aims to recognize and encourage exceptional individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to the advancement of human progress.
We are seeking young, dynamic, and ambitious candidates who aspire to grow in an international working environment to join the Secretariat team as Collaborators.
This position is particularly well-suited for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their careers who are eager to learn and grow while supporting the organization of the Foundation’s large-scale international events.
As a Collaborator, you will play an essential role in supporting the Secretariat in organizing the most important events of the year for the VinFuture Foundation.

JOB DETAILS :
- Participate in the organization and implementation of events during VinFuture Prize Ceremony Week, including but not limited to:
- Research and synthesize information about panelists and related topics
- Create a list of potential guests
- Provide support before, during, and after the event
- Send invitations and follow up to confirm attendance
- Coordinate with the person-in-charge (PIC) to carry out tasks according to the event checklist
- Assist in communications with partner organizations
- Support other general and related tasks as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to research, synthesize and evaluate information.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in science and technology is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently and think critically.
- English: IELTS ≥ 7.0 or equivalent proven skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in organizing forums, conferences, or scientific events (domestic or international) is a plus.
