On August 30th, the VinFuture Foundation, in collaboration with the Central Policy and Strategy Commission, the Da Nang People’s Committee, and The University of Da Nang, successfully hosted the 2025 InnovaConnect event on “Enabling Platform Technologies for a Future Society: The Convergence of Electronics and Photonics” held under the framework of Da Nang Semiconductor Day 2025. The event brought together over 300 distinguished guests and young scientists, both onsite in Da Nang and online.

The session featured prominent leaders in the semiconductor field: Dr. Tatsuro Maeda (AIST, Japan), Dr. Shu Namiki (AIST, Japan), Assoc. Prof. Tan-Hung Nguyen (The University of Danang), Dr. Quang-Dam Le (Marvell Technology Vietnam), Ms. Bich-Yen Nguyen (Soitec, USA), and Ms. Linda Tan (SEMI Southeast Asia).
Through insightful keynote presentations and an engaging panel discussion, the conference shed light on emerging trends and transformative initiatives in semiconductors, fostering dialogue and collaboration at the forefront of this vital field.
