Toan Quach is the Director of Marketing and CSR Programs at the VinFuture Foundation and the For Green Future Foundation (Vingroup). He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship by the U.S. Government to pursue a Master’s degree in Journalism at the University of Missouri, USA.

Before joining VinFuture, Mr. Quach had more than seven years of experience at Znews, where he most recently served as Head of the World News Desk and Assistant Managing Editor. In this role, he led a team of editors, reporters, and contributors covering a wide range of topics, including Vietnam’s foreign relations with strategic partners, regional affairs, urban development, science, and sustainability. He helped build and maintain strong partnerships between Znews and various embassies, consulates, and international organizations in Vietnam. Notably, he represented the newsroom in regional journalism contests and high-level interviews with international diplomats, including an exclusive conversation with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman during her official visit to Vietnam in June 2022.

Mr. Quach has also served as a communications consultant for several projects promoting mutual understanding between Vietnam and the United States. His notable work includes supporting Mr. Ted Osius—former U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam (2014–2017) and currently Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director of the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council (USABC)—in the launch of his memoir. From 2017 to 2020, he also collaborated with the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City to organize media literacy workshops that trained over 1,000 students at the American Center and local universities.
