Thanh-Thanh-An Chu is a distinguished professional in the fields of finance. She holds a Master of Science in Money, Banking, and Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and International Finance from the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi.

With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, she has made significant contributions to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam since April 2021 with different roles in Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) the and the MOIT Office.

Her career includes pivotal roles outside the government as well. As the Operations Manager at S&S ART Joint Stock Company, she successfully managed the Cyril Kongo Vietnam Gallery, developing business plans, coordinating logistics, and driving marketing initiatives. Additionally, her tenure with Vingroup as Personal Assistant to the CEO of the Vietnamese Motorsport Association and PVF Academy highlights her adeptness at stakeholder management, event coordination, and executive support, liaising with high-profile international partners and government bodies.

Her academic and professional journey is complemented by her proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments, along with her active participation in AIESEC’s “Global Citizen” programs, which underscore her commitment to community service and youth development.
